Before you configure: Update to the latest MeshCore Companion firmware for the connection you plan to use—USB Companion for USB or Bluetooth Companion for Bluetooth. Open the flasher.

No node connectedUse a data-capable USB cable, or connect a Bluetooth Companion node.
Bluetooth: Requires Bluetooth Companion firmware. A Bluetooth Companion cannot be configured through USB.USB: Requires USB Companion firmware. A USB Companion cannot be configured through Bluetooth.
